This sounds like a cop-out, but I'm not trying to dodge the question, "How much does it cost to make a will?" The price of your will depends on your goals. Most of my clients say, "it's simple really..." I usually discover many issues during your free consultation, such as blended families, special provisions for children, multiple beneficiaries, uneven distributions, how you want your business handled, and protecting assets from third-party assessments and remarriage. Simple Basic Will

For simple estates, choosing executors, guardianship for minors and basic distribution
Standard Will

For more advanced distributions, special bequests and provisions for young beneficiaries.
Trust Wills

To protect assets from various threats such as care costs and sideways disinheritance, deal with estates in a tax efficient way and to allow beneficiaries to inherit assets safely & efficiently tailored to their needs or circumstances.
Lasting Power of Attorney

Assign decision-making authority for health and financial matters in case of incapacitation.
